Two days ago, on our Internet site we communicated that there was a voting concerning a possibly new nudist beach in the Belgian municipality Westende. Such as expected, in Belgium there provisional will be one nudist beach. The proposal has been rejected with 13 against 12 votes. The parties SP.A and CD&V voted against the proposal. The parties which have a coalition with the VLD found that no location could be found that was suitable and that the proposal of Michel Landuyt (VLD) has been examined insufficiently. Concerning the proposal, the VLD has conducted no debate with the coalition.
